In 2016, the National Toxicology Program (NTP) released draft results of a seven-year study on the health impacts of cellphone radiation. NTP scientists found an increase in heart, brain and many other types of tumors in rodents exposed to radiation like that emitted by 2G and 3G networks. Radiation from 5G devices are even more powerful and harmful.

So, what steps can you take to minimize exposure for your and your family?

1. DO NOT hold cell phone AGAINST YOUR EAR because it enables radiation to travel through your ear drum to your brain! In the short and long term, this radiation is destroying your cells from the inside out which weakens your immune system and contributes to disease. Instead use an EMF shielding headset. 2. At night, TURN OFF all cell phones and REMOVE from your bedroom. This allows your body to recover from the day’s activities and rest so that you sleep more deeply without ongoing exposure to cell phones.

3. TAKE A BREAK from cell phones ONE DAY A WEEK! On weekends or your days off, can you check your cell phones in the morning and then TURN OFF for the whole day?
